Tomato Cream Soup with UWEN

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Make a small incision on each tomato and place them in hot water for 1 minute. Remove the tomatoes from the water and peel off the skins.

Step 2

Dice the garlic, onion, and tomatoes.

Step 3

In a pot, bring 600 ml of water to a boil and add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, and onions. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.

Step 4

Stir in the tomato paste and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

Step 5

Add the yeast flakes to the pan and blend the mixture until smooth using a blender.

Step 6

Heat a separate pan, grease it with olive oil, and fry the cubed mozzarella for 3 minutes.

Step 7

Pour in the cream and the fried mozzarella cubes. Stir and bring the soup to a boil.

Step 8

Serve the tomato cream soup with croutons and fresh herbs as garnish.
