INGREDIENTS
- 1 glass of plant-based milk (coconut, almond, etc.)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp UWEN nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 cup coconut water (optional)
Step 1
In a blender, combine the plant-based milk, banana, and yeast flakes.
Step 2
Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
Step 3
If desired, add coconut water to adjust the thickness and flavor of the smoothie.
Step 4
Blend again until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
