Roasted Carrot with UWEN

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g carrots
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp dried or chopped fresh dill
- 50 g feta cheese, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp UWEN inactive yeast flakes
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the honey, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 3
Peel the carrots and cut them into strips.
Step 4
Add the carrots to the bowl with the honey-oil mixture and toss until they are evenly coated.
Step 5
Place the coated carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 6
Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are browned and tender.
Step 7
Remove the roasted carrots from the oven and sprinkle them with the inactive yeast flakes and feta cheese.
Step 8
Garnish the dish with fresh dill.
