Green Pasta with Spinach and UWEN

INGREDIENTS
- 150 g durum wheat pasta of your choice
- 60 g fresh spinach
- 50 g cream cheese
- 20 ml cream
- 40 ml water
- Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. UWEN nutritional yeast flakes
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the fresh spinach, cream cheese, cream, lemon juice, and water. Add the yeast flakes and blend until smooth. Taste the sauce and add salt if desired.
Step 3
Pour the sauce into a pan and add the cooked pasta. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb the sauce.
Step 4
Serve the green pasta in bowls, garnish with additional yeast flakes, and enjoy!
